Michał Grodzki

•  Specialises in criminal tax and white collar crime cases, successfully handling many such cases at both the pre-trial and trial stages;

•  in 2020-22, he managed the best Criminal Law Department in Poland according to the ‘Rzeczpospolita’ ranking;

•  trainer at the prestigious EY Academy of Business, where he trains businesses in, among other things, minimising legal and criminal risks;

•  as an expert lawyer, he has trained several hundred insurance brokers on issues related to criminal tax liability

•  as the defence lawyer for one of the key figures in the so-called visa scandal, in 2024 he represented his client before the Sejm investigative committee, actively appearing in the media.
