Jan Jaworski

• Legal advisor, Doctor of Laws;

• Gained professional experience at the Supreme Administrative Court, where for over 15 years he dealt with cases related to disputes with tax authorities regarding VAT;

• At MartiniTAX, he specializes in supporting proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts, issues related to VAT, as well as AML regulations;

• His academic interests focused on the analysis of the jurisprudence of administrative courts, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and the Constitutional Tribunal in relation to Polish tax law, as well as the mutual relations of these bodies;

• Author of publications in 'Orzecznictwo Sądów Polskich' and 'Jurysdykcja Podatkowa'.
